Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 md Apples; unpeeled and cored 1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Plus 2 tbsp butter or 1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar

Slice apples into 1/8-inch rings. Place apples and butter in a
large skillet; cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until
apples arre tender. Add sugar, and cook uncovered 10 minutes or
until golden brown.
