Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 Eggs 1 ts Baking Soda
2 c Granulated Sugar 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Vegetable Oil 2 c Peeled Apples, (Washington,
2 ts Vanilla Extract Course), sliced
2 c Flour 3/4 c Chopped Walnuts

* Preheat oven to 350 F.

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, oil and
vanilla. Mix well. Add 1 cup of flour, baking soda and salt and beat
for 1 min.

2. Beat in remaining flour, then fold in the apples and walnuts.
Spread batter in greased 9 x 11 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 35
mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
on a rack.
