5 Green Thai Chili Peppers 1 tb Dried Lemon Grass
1/2 c Sliced Cilantro/Coriander 5 Thin Slices Fresh Galangal
-Root Or Stems -Or 1 ts Dried Galangal
8 Cloves Garlic -Powder
1/4 c Chopped Shallots Or: 1 ts Cumin
-Purple Onions 1 ts Shrimp Paste
