1 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese --
Grated
1 c Corn Grits -- uncooked
1/2 c Margarine
3 ts Salt
3 lg Eggs -- beaten
Cook grits according to instructions on package until smooth. Add the
cheese and margarine and cool slightly. Add salt and carefully add the
beaten eggs. Bake 1 hour in 300 F oven.
