6 To 8 slices Ham Sliced
8 md To 10 Potatoes, peeled, Salt and pepper to taste
-thinly sliced 1 c Grated Cheddar or American
1/2 ts Cream of tartar Cheese
1 c Water 1 cn 10-oz Cream of mushroom soup
2 Onions -- peeled/thinly Paprika
Toss sliced potatoes in 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1 cup water.
Drain. Put half of ham, potatoes, and onions in CROCK-POT. Sprinkle
with salt and pepper, then grate cheese. Repeat with remaining half.
Spoon undiluted soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook
on low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 4 hours)
Yield: 6 servings.
