Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 15 oz. Bone-in Ham Steaks 1/2 c Currant Jelly
-(pre-cooked) 2 tb Prepared Horseradish
Gash the sides of the ham, then place in a shallow baking dish. Mix
currant jelly and horseradish. Spread on top of the ham and bake for
30 minutes at 325 degrees.
