1 t Unflavored gelatine -coldest setting. Soften
2 T Lemon juice -gelatine in lemon juice in
1 (3oz ) pk soft cream cheese Glass measuring cup. Set
1/4 c Mayonnaise -cup in pan of boiling
1/4 t Salt -water, stirring
2 T Sugar Occasionally, till gelatine
1/2 c Heavy cream, whipped -dissolves. Add to combined
1/4 c Chopped nuts -cheese, mayonnaise,
1/4 c Quartered maraschino Salt, and sugar. Fold in
-cherries -rest of ingredients. Pour
1 ea Drained No, 2 can crushed -into ice-cube tray;
-pineapple; or 1 drained Freeze just until firm.
-No. 303 can fruit -Slice; serve on crisp
Cocktail; or 1 3/4 cups -greens.
-mixed, sliced fresh fruit Makes 8 servings.
