14 1/2 oz can tomatoes, drained 1/3 c Chopped onion
1/3 c Minced fresh basil 1/2 c Dry red wine (optional)
Procedure: Place all ingredients in blender or food processor fitted
with the metal blade; process until smooth. Simmer sauce in pan for
10 to 12 minutes. Serve with pasta. Yield: Makes 6 servings.
