Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Red wine vinegar 1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c Chopped fresh basil 1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 tb Dry red wine 1 1/2 ts Sugar
1 tb Fresh lemon juice 1 Clove Garlic -- minced
1 tb Minced shallots 1 c Olive oil
1 tb Chopped chives
Whisk together first 10 ingredients. Gradually whisk in oil. Season
to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle over lettuce quarters with
feta or roquefort cheese.
