1/2 c Fresh basil -- chopped 2 tb Parmesan -- grated
1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Gorgonzola cheese --
1/4 ts Pepper Crumble
1 12" pizza crust 1/3 c Walnuts -- chopped
2 Plum tomatoes -- sliced
Preheat oven to 450~. Combine ricotta, basil, salt and pepper. Spread
evenly over pizza crust. Arrange tomato slices in a circle 1" in from
the cheese border. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Gorgonzola and nuts. Bake
10 minutes. Per Slice 255 Cal, 11 gr Fat. VARIATION-Mozzarella,
Gorgonzola and Walnuts-Spread 1-1/2 c shredded mozzarella over crust.
Prepare and bake as directed but omit ricotta, basil, salt and
pepper. Per Slice: 280 Cal, 14 gr Fat.
