Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/3 c Tarragon vinegar 1 1/2 ts Fresh tarragon -- minced
1 c Vegetable oil Or 1/2 teaspoon dried
2/3 c Olive oil Tarragon
4 ts Mayonnaise 1 ts Brown sugar
3 ea Garlic cloves -- minced 1 ts Salt
1 tb Fresh thyme -- minced Salad greens and vegetables
Or 1 teaspoon dried thyme Choice
2 ts Dijon mustard
In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine the first 10 ingredients;
shake well. Refrigerate. Serve over salad. Yield: 3 cups
