3 lb Spareribs 1 tb Pale Dry Sherry
1/3 c Soy Sauce 1 tb Lemon Juice
3 tb Honey 1/2 ts Ground Ginger
2 tb Plum Jam 1/4 ts Garlic Powder
Cut rack of spareribs into quarters; place in a shallow roasting pan.
Combine all remaining ingredients. Pour over spareribs. Cover and
marinate 2 to 3 hrs. Bake at 325 F for 1 hr, turning ribs frequently.
Makes 4 servings as dinner, or 6 to 8 servings as part of a Chinese
meal.
