1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
3 oz Cream cheese; room temp
1 Bread; loaf; thin sliced
1 c Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese; grated
1 1/2 ts Onion; grated
Paprika
1/3 c Parmesan cheese; grated
300 Mix cream cheese; mayonnaise
pk Mesan; and cayenne. cut
2 Rounds with a cookie cutter
Ass. bake on a cookie

sheet for 5 minutes, until hardened. Spread the cheese mixture
generously on one side of each bread round. Sprinkle with grated
Parmesan and dash of paprika. Broil until puffy and golden on top,
