Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Margarine
3 tb Packed brown sugar
1 tb Lemon juice
3 md Firm ripe peaches -- sliced
1 ts Vanilla
Combine margarine, brown sugar and lemn juice in 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
Cover and Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir once. Add peaches.
Cover and Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Stir once. Add vanilla.
Serve warm over pancakes, ice cream, plain cake or serve in bowls
with milk.
