4 tb Peanut butter
1 tb Soy sauce, low sodium
3 tb Water
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 ts Cayenne
1 Sprig fresh coriander sprig
For garnish
In a small bowl whisk together well the peanut butter, the soy sauce,
the lemon juice, the brown sugar and the cayenne. Transfer the sauce
to a small serving bowl and garnish it with the coriander. Makes 2/3
cup.
