3 c Matzoh Farfel 5 ea Eggs; well beaten
3 c Cold Water 1/2 ts White Pepper
1/2 c Oil 3/4 ts Salt
2 ea Onions 2 ea Tb Sugar
2 ea Celery stalks; sliced 2 md Potatoes; grated and well
1/2 ea Green Pepper; julienned -drained
2 ea Carrots; grated 1 ea Tb Parsley; chopped
------------------------INSTRUCTIONS-----------------------------
1 ea Preheat oven to 350F -farfel in water until
2 ea Using a large bowl, soak -soft. Drain well.
In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil and saute onions,
carrots, celery and green pepper until the onions are transparent..
Pour into a large bowl and mix in all the other ingredients. Mix
well. 3. Place the remaining oil in a 9 X 13 inch pan and place the
pan in the oven to heat the oil. Pour the farfel and vegetable
mixture into the baking pan. Bake until the top is golden, about 1
