Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 T Margarine 2 T Sour cream
1/2 c Potatoes o'brien 1 T Taco sauce
1/4 t Salt 1 t Green onion; chopped
1/4 t Chili powder 9" flour tortilla
2 Eggs; beaten

In skillet over medium heat melt margarine, add potatoes, salt and
chili powder; cook until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Add
eggs, scramble with potatoes are set. Briefly warm tortilla in dry
frying pan over very low heat, turning often. Place egg mixture on
tortilla; top with sour cream, taco sauce and sprinkling of green
onions. Fold the two side together and roll up.
