Roll dough into an 8-inch log and slice into 12 pieces. Roll each
piece into a ball. Put on ungreased cookie sheets 1 inch apart and
bake 10 to 12 min, until tops are slightly cracked. Immediately push
a candy into center of each. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
Per cookie: 95 cal, 1 g pro, 11 g car, 6 g fat, 16 mg chol with
butter, 5 mg chol with margarine, 46 mg sod. Exchanges: 1/4
starch/bread, 1/2 fruit, 1 fat
