Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Blended Irish whiskey 1 cn Evaporated milk
1 ts Pure vanilla extract 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
1 tb Instant coffee 6 Eggs
Combine whiskey, vanilla, and coffee and blend in blender. Add milks
and blend for 1 minute. Add eggs and pulse stir (use lowest speed on
blender and turn on-off about eight times) just until smooth and not
thick. Makes about 4 cups.
