4 md Potaotes, very thinly sliced -mushroom soup
1 md Onion, chopped 1/4 c Milk
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 ts Italian seasoning, crushed
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese 2 Cloves garlic, minced
10 oz Can condensed cream of
In a greased 6 cup casserole, arrange half of potatoes and half of
onion. Sprinkle with ahlf of mozzarella and half parmesan. Repeat
layers. In small bowl, combine soup, milk, italian seasoning, and
garlic. Spoon over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 400 F for 1
hour. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 6 side dish servings.
