3/4 c Dried Onion Flakes
1/4 c Ground Allspice
1/4 c Black Pepper -- fresh
Ground
1/4 c Cayenne
2 tb Sugar
3 tb Ground Cinnamon
1 tb Ground Nutmeg
1/2 ts Dried Ground Habanero Chile
Optional
Mix the spices throughly in a bowl. Store in a cool, dark pantry.
