Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
2 c Chili with BEANS
1 tb Chili powder
1 cn Condensed cream of chicken
Soup
20 oz Yellow hominy, drained
2 tb Sliced ripe olives
Cheese
Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned. Stir in remaining
ingredients except the cheese. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole.
Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese overtop
and continue baking, uncovered for 5 minutes. Randy Rigg
