Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
32 oz Canned black-eyed peas
3 1/2 oz Packaged sliced pepperoni;
-diced
1 md Green pepper; diced
1 md Onion; diced
1/4 ts Hot sauce
2 tb Hot taco sauce
Recipe by: Judy Austin Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over
low heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8
servings.
I did find this in Southern Living, so I hope it doesn't offend
traditionalists :-).
