Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Round, or flank, ground 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 Onion, chopped 1/3 c Cooking fat
2 c Canned kidney beans Salt and pepper
2 tb Catsup
Prize winning recipe Brown meat in cooking fat. Stir to prevent
sticking. Add onion, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with hot
water. Simmer 20 minutes. Add beans. Season to taste. Simmer 20
minutes. Serve hot. If desired, chili powder may be added. 8
servings.
