Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Pizza sauce 2 tb Ham; thinly sliced --
1/4 ts Hoisin sauce Strips
1 English muffin; split -- 1 tb Mozzarella cheese --
Toast Shredded
1 tb Water chestnuts -- chopped 1 tb Green onion -- thinly
1 tb Red bell pepper -- chopped Sliced
2 tb Pineapple -- crushed
In small bowl, combine pizza sauce and hoisin asuce; spread on English
muffin halves. Top with water chestnuts, bell pepper, pineapple, ham,
cheese, and green onion. Bake in preheated 450 F oven for 5 minutes.
