Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Sugar 1 ts Orange peel -- grated
1 c Orange juice 4 c Cranberries fresh or frozen

In a slow cooker, combine sugar, orange juice and peel; stir until
sugar is dissolved. Add the cranberries. Cover and cook on low for 6
hr. Mash the mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Yield: 10 to
12 servings. (3 cups)
