1 ea 9 or 10 in. pastry shell 1/4 c Cheddar or swiss cheese,
1/2 lb Leeks, white part only -grated
-(about 2 cups) washed and 3 ea Eggs, beaten
-thinly sliced 1 1/4 c Milk or light cream
2 T Butter 1/8 t Nutmeg
1 c Ham, cubed Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute' leeks in butter until golden
brown. Add ham. Place in pastry shell and sprinkle with cheese. Beat
together eggs, milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour over leek and ham
