Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Fresh lemon basil, finely 1/2 ts Salt
-chopped 1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Lemon juice 3 Green onions, sliced thin
2 tb Dry white wine 1 c Olive oil
2 ts Dijon style mustard
Lemon Basil Marinade for Grilled Fish or Chicken
Stir together all ingredients except oil in a small bowl.
Gradually whisk in oil until mixture is smooth and blended.
Marinate fish or chicken at least 3 hours or overnight before
grilling. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
