Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pk Cake mix -- lemon 18 1/4 oz Thawed
With pudding 1 ea Egg
2 1/4 c Whipped topping -- frozen, Confectioners' sugar
Om a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. Beat with
electric mixer on med. speed until blended. Batter will be very
sticky. Drop by teaspoonsful into confectioners' sugar; roll lightly
to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 deg. for 10 to
12 min. or until lightly brown. Yield 5 to 6 dozens.
