See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/2 Carrot, slivered 1 pk Ramen or
1 Scallion, sliced very thin -2 vermicelli nests
1 tb Frozen peas 1 1/2 ts Miso
2 c Water
Bring water to a boil. Put in the carrot, scallion, noodles and
peas. Let simmer for about 3 minutes, till the noodles are done. Put
the miso in a cup and add about 2 tablespoons hot water from the pot.
Stir till blended and then put back in the pot. Serve.
