Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c Italian tomato paste
1/4 c Olive oil
4 ts Parsley -- chopped finely
1 ts Garlic -- minced
Pepper to taste
2 tb Grated parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients except cheese in serving bowl. Very important to
mix with a fork. Cook pasta of your choice, al dente. Drain, but do
not rinse. Pour sauce over and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve
immediately.
