Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Egg whites
1/2 c Maple Syrup
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
Combine all ingredients but vanilla in top of double boiler. Cook over
boiling water, blending constantly with egg beater until mixture
stands in peaks. Add vanilla and continue beating until thick enough
to spread.
