Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 lb Sausage x 1/2 jar picante sauce
1 lb Hamb 1 ea Egg
1 ea Diced onion 1 ds Salt and pepper
x Crackers to hold mix togethr 1 cn Sauerkraut for balls
Mix together all ingredients except kraut. Bake at 300 degrees for 1
hr. for balls make meat mixture into balls and wrap firmly with kraut
and place in a baking dish. Bake same as loaf.
