1/4 c Soy sauce 2 T Honey
1/4 c Sherry 2 T Crystalized ginger
3 T Chinese oyster sauce 1 ea Clove of garlic
Marinate overnight. Cook flank steak 8 minutes on each side. Med-low
grill. Cut like roast beef.
