100 ml Olive oil
50 g Garlic
75 g Onion
1 Glass white wine
500 g Clams and mussel meat
400 g Squid
400 g Cuttlefish
400 g Shrimp
500 g Tomato sauce
75 g Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Fry garlic and onion in olive oil. Add clams, mussels, cuttlefish and
shrimp. Saute for a few minutes. Add white wine, then tomato sauce.
Salt and pepper to season. Just before serving, add in chopped
parsley (do not cook).
