Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Serves 50
2 md Heads cauliflower
4 bn Broccoli
2 lb Carrots
1 sm Bunch celery
2 lg Green peppers
1 lg Red pepper
1/2 lb Cherry tomatoes
1 lb Fresh mushroom OR 2 10oz
-can whole mushrooms
2 md Purple onions
2 ea 14oz cans miniature corn
2 ea 14oz cans pitted black
-olives
18 oz Golden Italian Dressing

Wash, peel, seed and cut vegetable into bite sized pieces. Combine
in a large container. Pour Italian dressing over and toss to coat.
Let stand in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight to combine
