1 tb Olive oil 1/3 c Marinara sauce
1 c Onions -- sliced 1 12" pizza crust
1/2 ts Salt 6 oz Fresh mozzarella -- slice
1/2 ts Basil Thin
1/2 ts Oregano 1/3 c Kalamata olives; pit --
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes Chop
1 ts Garlic -- minced 1 tb Fresh parsley -- chopped
Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil. Add onions and spices. Cook, stirring
frequently, until onions are tender, 5 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook 1
minute. Spread sauce over crust; layer with mozzarella, onion mixture
and olives. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Per Slice: Cal
