Enjoy this easy , colorful 1 1/2 t Dried basil
-salad with chicken for 1/2 t EACH salt, pepper and
-supper, then pack it in -granulated sugar
Individual containers for 14 oz Red kidney beans, drained
-the next day's lunch and -and rinsed
-serve with halved 2 ea Carrots, thinly sliced
Cherry tomatoes and Italian 2 sm Zucchini, thinly sliced
-bread. 1 c Sliced celery
1 c Macaroni 1 c Diced sweet red pepper
1/3 c Olive oil 1/2 c Freshly grated parmesan or
1/3 c White wine vinegar -shredded jarlsberg cheese
1/4 c Water
In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook macaroni for 8-10 minutes or
until tender but fimr. Drain well. In large bowl, whisk together
oil, vinegar, parsely, water, basil, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in
warm macaronio to coat well. Add beans, carrots, zucchini, celery,
red pepper and cheese. Toss to combine. Makes 6 servings. Per
serving: 295 calories, 11 g protein, 15 g fat, 30 g carbo, very high
