1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Ground cardamom
1 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Raw rice -- rinsed and

3/4 c Fresh mint leaves --

3/4 c Fresh coriander leaves

1 lg Tomato -- peeled and sliced
3/4 c Green peas, fresh preferred

3 Carrots chopped fine
1 c Light colored raisins
2 tb Emon juice
3 c Water
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Pine or cashew nuts
