Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 ea Ct Egg Beaters 1/4 c Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or
1 ea Dz eggs, boiled, peeled, -Miracle Whip
-and sliced in half 3 ea Tb mustard
-(discard yolks) 1/8 t Celery salt
3 ea Tb sweet pickle relish 1 ea Paprika for garnish

In a 8" nonstick skillet, pour in Egg Beaters. Cover tightly; cook
over low heat 10 minutes or until just set. Rebove from heat; let
stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and cool
completely. Chop and place in a medium sized bowl. Add all the rest
of the ingredients, except cooked egg whites to the Egg Beater
mixture. Blend well with a fork. Using a small spoon, fill the egg
whites with the Egg Beater mixture. sprinkle paprika on top of the
Mock Deviled Eggs and refrigerate until ready to serve. Per serving:
