Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Sifted flour
1 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Paprika
2 c Cut cooked corn
2 Eggs, seperated
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and paprika together. Add corn and
beaten egg yolks; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fry in hot deep
fat (350F) until browned. Drain on absorbent paper. Serves 6 to 8.
