2 c Pasta -- corkscrew (twist) Bacon
Cooked and drained 1 cn Green chiles -- 4 oz
10 oz Fresh spinach -- washed Drained
Drained 2 c Mozzarella cheese -- cubed
And torn in bite-size 3/4 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Pieces 1 cn Black olives -- 5 3/4
2 c Cooked ham -- chopped or Sliced
---------------------PARMESAN DRESSING:--------------------------
1 ea Egg White vingar
1 c Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 ts Ground cloves
1/4 c White wine vinegar -- or 1 Clove garlic -- minced or 2
Toss together pasta and remaining salad ingredients; cover and chill.
To make dressing, place egg in blender; cover and blend 5 seconds.
With blender running, remove top and slowly add oil to egg, blending
until thick. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour
dressing over salad ingredients; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Chill leftovers. (If salad dressing is made in advance, keep chilled
till used.) Yield 12 servings.
