Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Sliced fresh Mushrooms
1/2 c Chopped Onion
2 tb Margarine
2 Eggs
3 oz Packages Cream Cheese
(soft)
7 oz Can Evaporated Milk
3 c Cooked Rice
1/4 c Chopped Parsley
1 ts Salt
Saute' mushrooms and onions in margarine. Beat together eggs and
cream cheese. Stir in milk. Stir in cooked rice, parsley and salt.
Add mushroom mixture. Bake in 10 x 6 baking dish. Bake uncovered in
350 degree oven 40-45 minutes.
