2 tb Dijon-style mustard 5 tb Butter; room temperature
2 tb Prepared horseradish Salt and pepper to taste
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, scrape into a serving bowl and serve
at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
