Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c. cashews 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cooked carrots 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. tumeric
BLEND all ingredients but lemon juice till very smooth. ADD lemon juice, and blend just
to mix. CHILL. YIELDS: About 2 cups.
