Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Dry mustard 1/2 c Brown sugar
1 c White or malt vinegar 1 tb Chopped herbs, optional
2 Eggs
Beat together the mustard and vinegar until smooth. Refrigerate,
covered, overnight.
Place the vinegar mixture in a bowl and beat in the eggs and sugar.
Cook in a double boiler over boiling water until thickened,about 10
min. Cool before stirring in the herbs. Store in a covered jar in the
