Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Bottle of Newfie Screech 6 Eggs
1 qt Milk 1/2 c Sugar
1 cn Evaporated milk
Seperate eggs and beat yolks with 1/4 c of sugar, and whites with
1/4 c of sugar. In large container, pour 1 bottle of Newfoundland
Screech, 1 qt of milk, 1 tin of evaporated milk, and egg yolk
mixture. Beat for about two minutes then top with egg whites.
Sprinkle with nut-meg.
