Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 ea Pork chops, lean 3/4 inch 1/4 ts Pepper
Prepared mustard 2 tb Melted fat
1/4 c Flour 1 cn Chicken rice soup, condensed
1 ts Salt
Spread pork chops with thin coating of mustard.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag; shake chops in bag to
coat with flour then brown in fat in heavy skillet.
Place chops in baking dish; cover with soup. Cover and bake in 350
F. oven 40 minutes. A relish tray of pickle and carrot sticks and a
dessert of sherbet would complete the meal.
