Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 ts Garlic powder -EALTHY HEART CHICKEN:
1/4 ts Thyme leaves 2 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Onion powder 2 Boned, skinned chicken
1/4 ts Paprika -breasts
1/8 ts Celery seed 1 ts No salt mix
1/4 ts White pepper 2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Dry mustard 2 tb Snipped parsley
1/4 ts Dried lemon peel -Cooked Rice or pasta
1/4 ts Ground black pepper

SEASONED SALT:

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

HEALTHY HEART CHICKEN:

Cut chicken breasts in half. Season and saute in oil over medium high
heat about 4 minutes per side. Stir in th elemon jiuce, scraping up
any brown bits. Add parsley and serve over rice or pasta.
