Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Water
2/3 c Minced onion
1 ea Clove garlic
1 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Red pepper flakes
1 ts Sugar
1 ea Bay leaf
2/3 ts Thyme
3 tb Peanut oil
3 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Cold water
Boil all but the last two ingredients for five minutes. Dissolve
mustard in water and add.
